Our Team:

• Carers Support Manager - Susanne Oldfield
  Susanne leads the team and makes sure we’re working together to give you the best support possible. The team links up with social care, health, and the voluntary services so you get joined-up help when you need it.
• Senior Carers Officer - Fran Harper
  Fran helps keep things running smoothly and is here for you if your situation is a bit more complex. They also support our carers contact officers and offer advice to other professionals so you get the right help when you need it.
• Carers Officers - Jackie and Lorraine
  You might meet Jackie and Lorraine at GP surgeries, carers cafes or local groups and events. They’re here to listen, offer guidance and help you find the right support.
• Carers Contact Officers - Charlotte, Glenn, Laura and Robin
  These are often the first people you’ll speak to when you get in touch. They’ll help you find the right support and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Carers Engagement Officer - Lisa
  Lisa works across the BCP area to raise awareness of the support available. She listens to carers and builds partnerships so your needs are understood and met.
• Carers Commissioning Officer - Dallis
  Dallis works behind the scenes to make sure services like Lodge Breaks, Advocacy and Bridgit are high quality, easy to access and shaped by carers. Though not part of the day-to-day team, Dallis plays a key role in planning and improving support.
